A: Meditating by yourself is relatively easy. With the meditations we use on the site, you are guided by someone talking so all you have to do is listen to what is being said. Just make sure you are sitting comfortably in a calm room and away from daily distractions.
A: No, not at all. You can work your way through the EEC at your own pace.
A: Once you have covered the relevant parts of the EEC that you want to work on, we would suggest you go into the chart at least once a week to update anything that needs altering.
A: One of the main reasons your energy levels might not be affected is that you have not sufficiently meditated to align yourself with the EEC. We suggest you repeat the series of meditations then enter the chart again.
